Our commitment to your satisfaction begins the moment you receive your equipment. You will have 15 days, 120-business-hours to carefully inspect the item and decide if it meets your needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply initiate the return or exchange process before 5:00 PM PDT on the 15th calendar day after you receive your item. Initiating a return or exchange is easy – just send us an email and we will take care of the rest. And you don’t have to worry about any unexpected accidents or incidents during this time – everything is fully insured, giving you peace of mind. For those who opt for a buyback, the process is just as simple. The vehicle must be available on your property and we will buy it back from you at 100% of the original purchase price, minus any associated taxes or costs. We are committed to making your heavy equipment purchasing experience as stress-free as possible. With our generous return policy, you can buy with confidence, knowing you are covered every step of the way.

Please Note: Important Return Policy Rules

When considering returning your vehicle, there are certain criteria that we must adhere to in order to ensure fairness and quality assurance. Please note that we cannot accept returns if the item:

  • Has been modified.
  • Has been involved in an accident or sustained damage.
  • Shows signs of alteration from its original condition as delivered.
  • Has been used as collateral for a loan, also known as a lien.

In the event of a refusal, rest assured that the return shipping will be free of charge to you. If the item meets all of the criteria specified above, we will gladly accept the return within 15 days.

Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly; however, please allow 1-3 days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution.
